Pet Licensing

The City of Waverly requires each dog/cat to be issued a license from the City Office within 30 days of acquiring the pet. The license requires a current rabies vaccination of each dog/cat over 6 months of age. Licenses are due on an annual basis each year by January 31. Pet licenses received after January 31 will receive a $5 late fee. The City of Waverly allows no more than 3 dogs per household and/or no more than 3 cats per household.

Licensing Fees:
$20.00 per Dog or Cat (Intact)                         
$10.00 per Dog or Cat (Spayed/Neutered)
