Block Party Request *UPDATED*
Anyone wanting to have a block party where streets are barricaded, must get approval from the City first. The Block Party procedure has been updated as of 10/2021. The main changes are:
- A 30-day notice prior to the event is required.
- The cost is $40.
- You will be required to have all your neighbors within the barricades sign the form prior to approval.
- The block party will only be allowed within one street block in length.
As always, THE MUNICIPAL CODE APPLIES (i.e. no loud music, party ends by 12:00 am, etc.)
