Payment of Fees & Fines

If the event that a citation is issued, you will need to pay the fine within 5 days to avoid additional fees.

Make a payment:

• Pay in person at the Waverly City Office 14130 Lancashire St, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Personal checks, money orders, cash and credit cards are accepted. Note: There is a processing fee for Debit/credit cards.
• Pay by phone to the City Office at 402-786-2312. Additional credit card fee applies.
• Pay by mail to City of Waverly, P.O. Box 427, Waverly, NE 68462
  • Please reference Citation Number on check.
