Burn Permit
Update March 24, 2025: Burn Ban Lifted; Burns Will Be Authorized as Conditions Permit.
Further guidance for permit holders:
- All burns must be covered and completely extinguished by sunset
- We will not authorize burning if following days will have high winds. Several fires have been caused by rekindle of existing permits throughout the state and in our district.
- Field conditions are muddy. Permit holders need to be ready to assist with extinguishment.
- Permit holders must continue to monitor location after burning has finished to ensure that rekindle fire potential are minimized.
