Update December 12, 2024:
Waverly Redevelopment Area is under consideration by our Planning Commission on December 18 and our City Council on December 23. The Planning Commission meeting will be held at 5:30pm on Dec. 18 and the City Council Meeting will be held at 6:00pm on Dec. 23. The meetings are held at the Community Meeting Hall 14130 Lancashire Street. Both meetings will have public hearings are open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.
