Subdivisions
Waverly currently has three major subdivisions. Anderson North Park is located on the northern side of town an has the most available space for expansion. The Riley subdivision is located just south of Amberly Road and north of Interstate 80. Evandale Estates is located on the eastern side of Waverly.
