Danvers & Oak Lane Water Main Replacement Project
K2 Construction will begin this project with anticipated start date March 2025 starting with Danvers Street. S&L Trenching will be doing the hydro excavating and televising sewer lines to determine location and depth of existing home sewer lines. There will be an open house on Tuesday, February 25 from 4:30-5:30pm at the Community Meeting Hall 14130 Lancashire Street for those wanting to learn more about the project. Representatives from JEO Consulting Group, the engineering firm contracted to do construction observation for this project, will be present to provide information and answer questions.

ADA Replacement Project starting June 2024.
R&M Concrete was awarded the bid to for the ADA replacement project where ADA sidewalk ramps will be replaced throughout the city. Work will begin in June 2024 and be substantially completed by September 2024.
Eastbourne Water Main Replacement Project
K2 Construction was awarded the bid for work on the water main replacement on Eastbourne St, N 147 St, and N 143 St to Castlewood St. Work will begin in May 2024 and be substantially completed July 2024.
Lancaster County Broadband Infrastructure Project
