Complaint Form
If you wish to file a formal complaint, there are a few ways to do so:
- Submit a formal complaint through the online CODE PORTAL for code violations or complaints. This is a more effective way to submit and view code violations and helps the City track them.
- Fill out the Complaint Form and return it to our office. You may drop it by during normal business hours or you can drop in into our drop box after hours.
- Click on the Contact Us button on the homepage for questions, comments, and concerns.
