The City of Waverly has migrated to a new Utility Software, called FrontDesk, which allows you to view your usage and pay your bill online. If you have not set up your FrontDesk account, you will need your account number and your address as it is entered in our system exactly as shown on your bill (Example: If your bill says "10101 N 142", enter as shown, NOT 10101 N 142nd St or 10101 N 142 Street, etc. The system will not recognize your address if it does not match exactly.) 

Please contact the City Office 402-786-2312 M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or email the Waverly Utility Billing Clerk if you need to set up Utility Services.

Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)

Updt 5/24/2023: The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) only has a few months left. Any funds not expended by the end of September will be returned to the Federal Government. We want to ensure that all eligible clients receive assistance. Financial assistance to be paid directly to the utility provider for water utility services is available for households with past due water utility bills, as well as for households with current water utility bills.
